For the lifetime of the machine ASU Computers provide technical support via telephone, email, WhatsApp or in person. Software and peripherals are not supported.

For orders above £150, delivery to most of the United Kingdom, on our standard next day delivery service, is free of charge. Scottish Highlands and Islands will attract a charge which will be applied when the order is placed.

The majority of deliveries are sent next day, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available on request and attract an additional charge.

If the box the packaging is damaged in any way externally, do not accept the delivery but take a photo of the damage and request for it to be returned to ASU Computers. If on opening the package the machine is damaged please contact ASU Computer where collection will be arranged free of charge and a replacement machine sent on receipt of the original machine.

No. You may install your own components with the proviso that; they are installed correctly, do not damage your computer during or as a result of installing your own components, the warranty will still be valid.ASU Computers do not provide support for your components, both during installation or in use, and any warranty returns that are caused by your own components will be chargeable for both labour and return costs. Should you have to return your computer to us please remove your components, as we cannot be held responsible for them.

We only install fully genuine software. All ASU computers come with the product license, the CD/DVD and documents. Microsoft® Windows has all the necessary drivers installed and fully configured. All 3rd party driver disks are also included where necessary.
